1. What This Covers

This policy explains what information Atlaski Ops collects, how we use it, and your choices — for both the people who sign up and use the platform, and the business data those users enter about their own customers and suppliers.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and company details provided when you sign up.

Business data you enter: customers, suppliers, products, quotations, contracts, shipments, invoices, and other records you create while using the Service.

Usage data: how you interact with the Service, for the purpose of improving it and diagnosing issues.

AI feature data: documents and queries you submit to AI-assisted features (document extraction, the business assistant) are processed to generate the requested output.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
• To improve the Service, including fixing bugs and building new features.
• To provide AI-assisted features, using the data you submit for that specific request.

4. AI Processing

Document extraction and business-assistant features send the relevant data to third-party AI providers (currently Google's Gemini, with additional providers possible in the future) to generate results. This data is used only to generate your requested output. Atlaski Ops does not use your data to train any AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, AI processing, email delivery), under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing that service.
• When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Atlaski Ops or others.
• With your consent, or at your direction (for example, when you request a copy of your data).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can view your data (including within Atlaski Ops itself).

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll retain data for a reasonable period to allow you to request it back or reactivate your account, then delete it, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@atlaski.com to exercise these rights.

9. International Data Transfers

Atlaski Ops is based in Qatar and may process data using service providers located in other countries.

10. Children's Privacy

Atlaski Ops is a business platform not directed at or intended for use by children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll provide reasonable notice of material changes.
