1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Atlaski Ops ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. What Atlaski Ops Is
Atlaski Ops is a business operations platform for trading, import/export, and distribution companies, covering commercial, operational, financial, and inventory management functions, including AI-assisted features such as document extraction and a business assistant.
3. Accounts
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Atlaski Ops is offered as a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.
- Additional users or branches beyond what's included in your plan are billed at the rates shown at the time of use.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our payment processor and merchant of record, and are charged in US Dollars. Prices shown elsewhere in Qatari Riyal are for reference; the amount actually charged is the US Dollar equivalent processed by Paddle.
- See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing customers.
5. Your Data
- You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Atlaski Ops (customers, quotations, invoices, and so on).
- We process this data to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for ensuring you have the right to enter any third-party information (such as customer or supplier details) into the Service.
6. AI Features
- Atlaski Ops includes AI-assisted features (such as document extraction and a business assistant) that process data you provide to generate suggestions, extractions, or answers.
- AI-generated output may contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing AI-assisted extractions and suggestions before relying on them for business decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the Service's underlying systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.
- Use the Service to store or transmit data you don't have the right to use.
